Our restaurant is set among greenery, looking out onto natural surroundings, on which you can feast your eyes as you savour our traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist. 

Our gastronomic restaurant displays all the flavours of the Haute-Loire and invites you on a gourmet voyage of discovery

Hélène Chazal has entrusted Sébastien Dumas with the task of creating imaginative cuisine which brings together the Auvergne's gourmet heritage with ingredients from further afield. In our hotel's cuisine, traditional recipes are imbued with subtle and delicate notes... Aromatic herbs and spices play a starring role in the menu of our gastronomic restaurant in the Haute-Loire.
